We can't wait to welcome you into our little family.

Before registering as a client, please read the following Important Points:

• Registration on our owner portal and completion of information about you and your cat(s) is required for bookings, invoicing, and visit updates.

• Visit durations: 30 minutes for up to 4 cats, 45 minutes for up to 6 cats, and 1 hour for up to 8 cats; contact us for 9 or more cats.

• Minimum of 1 visit per day for all bookings; minimum of 2 visits per day for kittens under 8 months old.

• Visit times: morning (8am - 12pm), teatime (4pm - 8pm), and early afternoon (12pm - 3pm) for kittens or medical reasons.

• Detailed updates and photos provided after every visit.

• Cats may be looked after by any experienced team member.

• Initial consultation is mandatory for all clients, lasts approx 20-40 mins and is charged at the rate of a 30-minute visit.

• Service areas: Eaglescliffe, Hilton, Ingleby Barwick, Norton, Stockton, Thornaby, and Yarm; availability varies.

• Two keys required per client; priority given to clients who allow key retention.

We do NOT offer services in Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, or Darlington.

Any registrations from these areas will be removed.
