Before registering as a client, please read the following Important Points:

• We use an Owner Portal you must register on, and a consultation must be booked before services are offered. (consultations are charged as a 30-min visit)

• We offer minimum: 30 minute visits for up to 4 cats, 45 mins up to 6, 1 hour up to 8. Contact us for 9+ cats or rescues.

• 1 visit per day is required; 2 visits minimum per day for kittens under 8 months.

• Visit time slots: AM (7.30am-12pm), PM (3.30pm-7.30pm), Specific visit times are not available.

• Additional 12pm-3pm slot for kittens or medical needs.

• Any experienced team member may care for your cats at our discretion.

• Service areas: Eaglescliffe, Hilton, Ingleby Barwick, Norton, Stockton, Thornaby, Yarm (availability varies and we may not have space initially).

• Two keys needed

• We operate a strict key retention policy for all clients, which is required as part of our service (unless a lockbox is installed).

We do NOT offer any services in Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, or Darlington.

Any registrations from these areas will be removed.
