Deposit

• For CHRISTMAS bookings only: We ask payment IN FULL at the time of booking for all dates between 18th December and 1st January inclusive, due to exceptional demand.

 

Payment Due Date

• Payment for all visits is required in full, 7 days before the start of your booking.

​

Changing a Booking

​

• You may amend your booking up to 7 days before your first visit for FREE (subject to availability).

• Changes cannot be made to bookings due to begin within 7 days. Within 7 days, you must cancel and rebook.

Cancellation

​

• Cancellation is FREE up to 7 days before your booking.

• 2-7 days, your booking will be charged at 50% and the remaining 50% account credit. No refunds.

• Within 48 hours, your booking will be charged in full.

• Christmas bookings during the period of 18th December to January 1st will be charged at 50% / 50% credit if cancelled at ANY TIME, and charged in full if cancelled within 7 days.

• Late Departure / Early Return visits not needed are charged IN FULL.

• Repeated cancellations may result in termination of our agreement.
