Please read the following important information before signing up:

• You must register on our Owner Portal and book a consultation before services can begin. Consultations are charged at our 30 minute visit rate.

​

• Minimum visit lengths:
– 30 minutes for up to 4 cats
– 45 minutes for up to 6 cats
– 1 hour for up to 8 cats
– Please contact us for 9+ cats or rescue households

​

• We require at least 1 visit per day.
– Kittens under 8 months require a minimum of 2 visits per day.

​

• Visit time windows:
– AM: 7.30am to 12pm
– PM: 3.30pm to 7.30pm
– Specific times cannot be guaranteed
– A 12pm to 3pm slot is available for kittens or medical needs

​

• Any experienced member of our team may care for your cats.

​

• Service areas: Eaglescliffe, Hilton, Ingleby Barwick, Norton, Stockton, Thornaby and Yarm. Availability may vary and we may not always have immediate space.

​

• Two keys are required.

​

• We operate a strict key holding policy. We keep your keys securely between bookings unless you have an approved lockbox installed.

​

• We do not cover Hartlepool, Middlesbrough or Darlington at all.
Registrations from these areas will be removed.
